Fashion Photography

I have finally taken the leap from Portrait Photography to Fashion/Commercial Photography! I love taking photographs of weddings, but I need something a little more exciting. Over the past week, I managed to get at least 10 models to work for me for TFCD. I am trying to build a portfolio to present to Agencies in Denver so I can get the hell out of my retail job and start doing what I love to do. All the models I interviewed are awesome and very professional. Even if they are new to the whole game. Building my new portfolio is gonna take a lot of work, but I think it is going to be worth it.
On a side note, a buddy of mine has a restored 1941 Indian Motorcycle...I think a black n white series of it in HDR with the snow on the ground would make for great photos.

Good. Crazy busy. I got a bunch of model shoots coming up which I am excited for. Planning on starting my own publishing company.....and start my own emagazine....I need to clone myself. lol How's class going for you?

Professional photography always sounded fun to me! Do you just kind of drape sheets behind the models and what not? I might go out and just .. buy a white blanket to put in a background when I take pictures of myself .. or my cat.. .. slowly, slowly, I am becoming a crazy cat lady. Starting your own publishing company sounds awesome! Classes for me are going along fine, I have the most problems with Critiquing others though, I don't feel right telling other people how to draw when I'm still learning myself!
